Throughout my professional experience, I have had the unique opportunity to work closely with company owners and C-suite executives, gaining valuable exposure to diverse aspects of business operations. I successfully launched and managed our company's first monthly newsletter. As a self-taught budding designer, I mastered the tools in MailChimp and Canva to create visually appealing layouts and graphics that effectively conveyed our company's messaging. I curated a variety of content, including employee spotlights and engagement initiatives, to foster a sense of community among our 150+ employees located across Southern California. By consistently delivering high-quality, relevant content, the newsletter became a highly anticipated and valued resource, ultimately strengthening our company culture and improving overall employee morale.

 

When tasked with managing a building, I quickly adapted to the challenge. I identified and resolved critical issues by conducting an audit, establishing maintenance agreements, and updating safety protocols. To streamline operations, I created a resourceful binder containing vendor details, contacts, inspection records, and permits. Through my resourcefulness and adaptability, I successfully ensured the building was well-maintained and efficiently run.
